OG488-HTL is a photostable, green-fluorescent HaloTag® ligand for any intracellular protein expressing HaloTag® fusion protein. This ligand is extremely pH stable in the physiological range and down to mildly acidic conditions (pKa ~ 4.6), allowing direct covalent labeling. Suitable for localization studies and offering a highly stable complex, easily track the protein of interest and follow its cellular transport.
