BAPTA JFTM519-HTL is a yellow fluorescent (Ex/Em = 520/550 nm), intracellular calcium indicator that displays a chloroalkane ligand for binding to Halotag. The Halotag ligand enables localization to specific cell phenotypes in mixed cell populations and intracellular organelles using Halotag technology. Halotag expressing cells are required when using this dye.
