Our equipment collection enables us to run high-throughput drug discovery assays that capture the most actionable and relevant data efficiently and reproducibly. From high-throughput to high-content, we have the tools and expertise to run a multitude of assays that provide essential insights for your program.

Our cell-based assays are conducted in a well-plate based format equipped with automated liquid handlers for the highest throughput and best reproducibility. Most of our instruments are able to read 96- or 384-well plates, with a wider selection of plates available on some. Panoptic

Flexstation III

Advanced instrumentation

A multi-mode microplate reader in combination with an automated liquid handling platform, the Flexstation 3 provides a breadth of experimental measurements alongside the consistency of automated pipetting, ensuring robust and reproducible results.

Capable of measuring absorbance, fluorescence intensity, fluorescence polarization, luminescence, and time-resolved fluorescence, and compatible with 96- or 384-well plates and SpectraDrop Microplates, the system provides many options to help reduce reagent consumption and enable more assay conditions to be explored.

Example applications that the FlexStation 3 is ideal for include the development of calcium mobilization, enzyme kinetics, cell viability, and protein quantification assays.

Cytation 5

Advanced instrumentation

Seamlessly integrating automated microscopy and analysis with a wide range of microplate formats, the Cytation 5 excels with high-content screening and analysis.  Capable of fluorescence, brightfield, high contrast brightfield, color brightfield and phase contrast imaging in 6- to 1536-well formats, we use the Cytation 5 to capture rich phenotypic data and automate workflows for the development of a wide range of assays. Examples include cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, invasion, or gene expression measurements.

Enabling image capture, processing, and analysis in a single package, the Cytation 5 combines efficiency with ease to quickly develop assays and create publication-ready images and data.
