We invite anyone to apply for the program to receive the equivalent of $10,000 in ION’s expert assay development and screening services, to propel your innovations to the next level. Whether you’re hoping to identify your most promising lead or measure off-target risks, leverage the expertise of ION Biosciences to shortcut your discovery journey by applying for this grant.
Applicants are encouraged to apply for this once annual services grant by filling out the form below. ION Biosciences’ 2025 InnovatION Research Grant is intended to support the development of fluorescence-based technologies to enhance the understanding of human health through investigating cellular dynamics, human physiology and other advanced applications of fluorescent molecules, substrates, conjugates and macromolecular systems.
ION Biosciences encourages applicants to apply from accredited universities and academic institutions, as well as corporations and companies with an established presence in pharmaceutical development, healthcare, biotechnology and similarly related industries. Applicants and the successful grant recipient agree to willingly share information about the expected application of the work performed by ION Biosciences. ION Biosciences would willingly enter in to confidentiality and/or a non-disclosure agreement at the preference of the applicant, and dependent on the extent of necessary collaboration, an agreement may be required by ION Biosciences.
ION Biosciences is under no obligation to extend service value beyond the limited offer presented in this grant and potential applicants should be aware that the grant may not cover all services. ION Biosciences will contact the successful grant applicant(s) directly to construct an appropriate statement of work, gain a better understanding of the project and to better define the goal(s) of any work provided by ION Biosciences.Grant applicant should also be aware that leading edge research, beyond the horizon statements and anticipated outcomes are only projections, expectations and ultimately wishes and that ION does not expressly warrant or guarantee the success of any project, service or aspect of the research grant.
ION Biosciences will, however, provide assurances that we will work diligently, to the best of our abilities and with complete candor when speaking with the grant recipient- the same you’ve come to expect when interacting with our professionals in the past.
